I’m just a second-year student from Gekkoukan High. I like music, and I’m part of the Health Committee at school.


Oh yeah, I have another favor to ask. Would you mind telling me more about your monster affinity and how it’s affecting you? I’ve noticed that I run a lot faster now, and I’ve got these cute pointy ears. They weren’t there before. There are probably tons of things I haven’t noticed yet. I’ve come to accept these changes without much trouble.

I wonder how these things affect your daily life.

Leo!!! You have a cool name. Not really, I'm not a nurse. I just try to make sure people are taking care of themselves.

Back at home, we have this thing called Apathy Syndrome. It makes people say strange things, and they become so numb to the world around them. It's awful.

My school has an infirmary. A lot of students go there for different reasons.

Do you get sick often?

me, sick? nah. maybe once a year when dad would pass the flu around

Depression's a reality that some people can't ignore.

Living is difficult. So that's why we have to make the most of our time here.

It does kind of sound like a fortune cookie reading. I know some of them are supposed to bring you good luck. Other times, the messages just sound mysterious.

What do I think is normal? Well, I've fought against monsters before, and I see strange things every day.

Eventually, you learn to accept it and move on.

Mythical creatures like elves and dragons mostly exist in old texts.

I learned a lot about them from a friend of mine named Theo. He always kept a huge book with all that information on hand.
