Text | Post Moon-Warp [OTA with Action Option]

There were many guns and ammo with the raiders.

Bring them to me. If you found tools and cleaning supplies for them, bring them with you. I will inspect them. Repair them if it's possible. Show you how to care for them. I'll also trade ammo for the correct one for your weapon. I will show you how to use the weapon and handle it safely, provided you take it seriously.

You can also trade ammunition, guns, and parts you don't want for other electronics and items I gathered from the raiders.

[ There is also some minor details, such as where to find him in the Convoy, when he's willing to meet. Looks like he's commandeering one of the shop spaces in the second set of trains, though he doesn't appear to leave any 'stock' there. ]

That's all I have to say.

[ No name, no description of himself. If a person stops by the shop, be treated to the sight of a relatively new Drifter, pale skin, red eyes, dark hair and wrapped in a red cloak. He doesn't seem to have any physical signs of changes unless you count the ones he came in to the world as changes. Certainly possible. There are an assortment of firearms and ammo as well as several electronics, wires, random bits though they are almost certainly a sample of what he might have collected. ]

[Faith doesn't actually text back, but he reminded her that she did still need to talk ammo with him. Gun cleaning. All that stuff that has decidedly not been on her mind since-

Well, y'know, since.

So she's gonna go ahead and grab her new rifle- and also gather up her stockpile of ammo- various kinds, she wasn't picky about it, she figured he'd be good to sort it out- and head over to the shop he described in the message.

When she sees him, a few things are noticeable. First, that she's basically repurposed some empty cigarette cartons to hold the bullets, and in some cases the clips and magazines holding them, which she's now carrying with her. Second, and much more obvious- that she's no longer got the fur and the scorpion tail she had last time she saw him. Instead, she looks like a normal human, except pale, sunken, and vaguely corpse-like. She's also got a scarf tied tightly around her neck.

She does, however, crack a little bit of a smile when she sees him.]

Sup, Teach? Brought you some presents.

[She plops down the cartons full of bullets and bullet-adjacent accessories, none of which she kept track of or tried to label without guidance.]

Figure you can just keep whatever I'm not using, we'll call it even for the help.

[She doesn't take long to consider it, she just heads around to take a seat, shrugging off the shoulder strap and setting the rifle across her lap.

She eyes the labelled boxes and nods appreciatively.]

You got a pretty slick setup going here.

[She's entirely sincere, honestly. Having somebody who knows about this gun stuff and is willing to supply the convoy just makes sense.]

[Oh, yeah, that actually makes sense. She takes his not-so-gentle suggestion and sets the gun on the table, then begins dismantling the magazine and emptying the weapon as she's told.

Good news, she seems to have at least mastered that part. Which is good, because the number of tools he's bringing to bear is, uh... daunting.]

Damn, you have been busy.

[Disassemble and clean. Got it, Teach.

Good news is, she's actually picking up on it pretty quickly. Terminology seems to be pretty much lost on her as soon as it's explained, but the physical and mechanical parts are executed masterfully.]

Tough to blame 'em, considering the state of everything else around here.

[There's a momentary pause, and then-]

Plus, they're like... psycho Mad Max robot people, probably we grade on a curve.
