[Voice]
[V has been a somewhat scarce presence, as far as most of the Convoy can be concerned.
But for once, they have something to say to more than just one person at a time.]
I've been considering the merits of establishing a library, within one of the rooms on the Convoy.
Is anyone opposed? Or, are there any books people arrived with that they are comfortable donating?
[Like the digital storage the Convoy contains, physical books are valuable.]

[Having cameras in its eyes means it can run a background algorithm to digitize it, given appropriate footage, but it doesn't have the means to do the reverse. Or the inclination, honestly. Physical media can get lost or destroyed. If its media archives are destroyed, then... let's be real it's probably dead.]

Only if it's deemed necessary, though.
[Because physical media takes up more space!]

How would you do it?
[Physical transcription sounds costly in both material and time.]

[Though if some digital audio files don't already have captions, it may be a service in and of itself to provide them...]

[But not everyone here is as well-versed in using tech, more's the pity.]

I can code a file converter. If you really need it.
[V better understand what making an offer like this actually means! It doesn't offer to do work to just anyone, let alone non-essential security work. Doing it to look efficient and good at its job in the moment is one thing, but promising future work is something it usually requires a contract for.]

It would depend on demand, certainly. And the offer is very much appreciated. It won't have to be ready any time soon, however.
... Thank you.

[And, in typical SecUnit fashion, it's entirely ready to immediately brush past that.]
