In the interest of clarity for new arrivals, myself among them, I have a few questions that may seem blatantly obvious to everyone who's been here longer.

Am I understanding correctly that many of us here are being transformed into something else, much like the rain's temporary effects had on us recently?

Is this likely to happen to everyone?

Does it have anything to do with the brands we have been given? 'Runes'

Does anyone know how to repair a broken driver's side window for a M939 truck?

Finally, if you are obviously nonhuman, changed or naturally so, please leave a note as to what you look like so I know you are considered an ally and not an active threat.

Given the creatures that attacked in the storm, and earlier messages suggesting they may have once 'been like us', I do not wish to make a mistake.

Waiting to be attacked first sounds unwise, especially with so little medical care available.

Six seems like it would be difficult to contend with. Do they also come and go?

it has worked well enough for me so far

and they have not gone anywhere since they appeared. they appear to be permanent, so far. some people have other permanent new things too, and some people only have them during environmental events like the moon warp or the storm.

[That would mean admitting he doesn't know what a :) is for!!]

we have only been here a couple months so far and we have been getting information but slowly and it does not always make sense or give us much infight

Unsurprising. Different countries or even different people documenting the same event often gets very different stories, but I appreciate all I can get my hands on, so to speak. How many moon warps have there been so far?

just one. we had other atmospheric-related changes last month, but not an actual moon warp. I am worried that means we are due for one soon

How long, exactly, have people that you know of been here? What phenomenon have been repeated?

nothing has been repeated specifically that I am aware of. all of us going through changes in general yes, that is a theme, but they are unique to the person it seems

it has been a little more than two months I think. I have not been counting days as well as I should have. still it has not very a lot of time yet

Then I will endeavor to hope that things do not repeat, given what this 'moon warp' seems capable of.

I can only hope, but I do not think it will be likely to not repeat. there would be no reason to warn about them if they did not repeat.

I must have missed some of these warnings. The radio in my vehicle is touchy.

Perhaps I should spend more time with the ones in the convoy.

you haven't missed any about the moon warp I think, there have not been any since you arrived

I suppose if you went back through previous messages you might find them. I think we can do that

I've found some. I haven't had time yet to go through everything. The standard mix of "Hey who's here" and actual useful information so far.

not a bad mix really. we do not chatter as much here as some radio and online places I have seen

have you ever listened to a radio show? or those new online things called podcasts? when they have more than one guest it gets very sidetracked most of the time

and then you get to online forums which are like the radio's text function. trying to find useful information in those can be hard!

I have not, either radio shows or podcasts. But I believe I understand the basic concept. And in a situation like this, where anyone can toss in a gil to the conversation, there's even more to sift through.

There seems to be plenty of time to do so, for now. It should keep me occupied for a little while, a few months worth of messages is easier than years.
