Sooo if anyone else was having memory problems like I was, turns out the oasis near here can fix that if you drink from it. Just be fast, because those weird little cactus guys aren't very friendly... Yeesh, why does every plant here want to kill us?
Anyway, I feel like we need some kind of... storytelling club around here. Me 'n' Eddy had a pretty good time swapping stories from home, and I think it'd help us all get to know each other better if we shared in bigger groups. Just not your research papers, you nerds. I'm talking about actual fun stories! Like movies you liked or just funny stuff that happened back home. Actually have some fun around here for once.
Just because we're stuck in an apocalypse doesn't mean we have to be boring about it!
Anyway, Leon over.

[Sorry, Leo. You kind of walked into this one.]
Nonetheless, I have been transcribing my most relevant findings on paper as a sort of "backup" anyway. It's not quite as convenient as working with my laptop, but there is something 'authentic' about the experience.

[He feels like they've been here before.]
I guess. I miss having my phone, though... I mean, my real one.

[That... does explain a few things. Akechi had his belongings, so he had his phone to work with. If Leonardo didn't...]
You know, it's strange. When I first arrived here, my Persona's abilities were severely limited. Since then, he has regained one of his prior skills.
[...]
I couldn't tell you why, but between this and the small scraps of our worlds that we've uncovered, you may be able to retrieve it at a later date.
missed this one, sorry!
[Before he came here, here means.]
Maybe. Maybe I'll get my other sword back, too.
[Though he can probably make one again. He just hasn't tried.]
No worries! c:
[But there were aliens amok, if he recalls. Perhaps it's inevitable.]
Well, there's always a chance, I suppose. If nothing else, I'm sure your brother could provide some manner of upgrade.

[He doesn't need Donnie to do everything for him!]

[Pardon the soft chuckle, Leo.]
But is it that you don't want to trouble him, or is it a matter of self-reliance?

[Sorry, Leo. That amusement isn't fading from his words just yet.]
Just don't forget to take your own needs into account as well. I've had enough trouble getting Ren to do the same.
no subject
Sheesh, why do you think I wouldn't? At least I actually do stuff like eat and sleep without being told to.
no subject
[If so, that... certainly is concerning.]
no subject
[When is Donnie not wrapped up in a project? Honestly, that usually means something worse is happening.]
Back home it was always one of my brothers on "badger Donnie into eating" duty.

[Then there's Oracle... she's likely not too dissimilar. However, thinking of Futaba is far from comfortable. He'd really rather not.]
no subject
[He's judging!]
no subject
[It has nothing to do with his complex relationship with food. Nothing at all.]
no subject
[There's food you can eat fast and on the go, Akechi!]
no subject
[Perhaps to his detriment, but that's neither here nor there.]
no subject
[A very important life skill.]
no subject
[Oh no. It'd be scorched, brittle... An unholy abomination, to be sure.]

[Though doting makes him pretty sure it's more than nice.]
no subject
[Among other things, though that goes unsaid.]

[God. Even admitting that much grants Leonardo so much ammunition. He'd better brace himself.]
