So what fun road trip games do you guys know? There's gotta be some good ones! Some of you guys are from totally different worlds, right?

[Other than the one video game he got goaded into playing by a teenager. ...Occording to her, he was very bad at it.]

What game is this? How do we participate?

You just guess what thing I'm spying that's blue. If you get it right, then it's your turn to spy something.

[bufudine]

[Hm.]

[He's only been staring at it every morning while other people ate breakfast.]

How do you... spy something?

[faceguy]

Yeah!

[It's the main blue thing out here, besides Leo's mask.]

You just pick something you can see and then describe it! Usually with a color, but you can pick something else. Like, "I spy something tall," or, "I spy something fast."

[Hm. Maybe this could be an opportunity to expand his lexicon? There are a lot of things he has never seen before here.

Alright.]

I spy [he doesn't quite realise he's supposed to say the "my little eye" part, too.] something green.

[That's fine, Leo understands.]

Hmmm... the bushes?

[Serph shakes his head at first but uh oops that's not something that can be seen.]

No.

Uhhh... the trees?

Should I be more descriptive?

[Although given what (or rather, who) he picked, it would be a bit more difficult for Leo to see.]

No, no, I got it! Mmmm...

[Green, green, green... hmmm... oh!]

It is.

[Huh. It's actually kind of exciting when someone guesses correctly. Is this why people play these games? If he were the more emotive sort, he'd sound excited.]

Is your current appearance a change from arriving here?

[It seems kind of... more complete than most others he's seen.]

[He got it right! And he kind of likes that he was the thing spied... but that's his ego talking.]

Hm? Oh no, I've always been this amazingly handsome!

[That must be what Serph meant.]

[Absolutely. The tiniest hint of amusement leaks into his voice.]

And what are you?

[Normally he’d say a joke here, too, but Serph humored him by playing the game, so he’ll actually answer the question.]

Mostly red-eared slider turtle, partially human. One hundred percent cool.

[bufudine]

[Well, he likes the energy Leo's bringing! It can't be seen, but there's the smallest of smiles curling at the corner of his mouth.]

So what happens after you guess correctly?

[It’s one of the other convoy-goers vans. Leo has no idea if Serph can see it from where he is, but oh well!]
