Her eyes widen in interest when shimmering green starts to rise, curling around Yang. Ren is so still, obviously deep in concentration. It starts to look like something might be happening, and then--

Biting back a curse, Blake leans over to snag his shirt and catch him just before his head hits the mattress. Carefully, she lowers him down. Hovers a hand over his mouth to check for breathing, takes his pulse. Gnaws at her lower lip as she frets, but, never one to sit idle or waste time, she sets about making Ren comfortable. There's more than enough room for two on the mattress, so she slips a cushion under his head, and scares up a cold cloth to put over his forehead.
After that, all she can do is wait, sitting at the edge of the van's back, watching over them both in worry. ]
