They probably will, and are. They haven not, honestly, told us very much at all. Maybe they cannot, maybe all we have here are simple recordings and this is a pre-programmed route. Or maybe there is a reason they do not want to share who they are and what exactly has happened here.

Or maybe they think we know already, because they believe we are natives like they are. It is hard to tell.
